The figures regionally are 1100 out of 5500 NFU members receive an e-news and this has risen recently because of the Foot and Mouth crisis where it became more important to get up to the minute news. The NFU sent texts and phone messages to mobiles updating on the latest spread.
You can now listen to podcasts over your mobile phone - phone +16502939105 to hear the Wiggly Podcast. I set this up with Michael Sharp from Phonecasting while I was at the excellent New Media Expo in Ontario.
